Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Explore and recommend new retail store locations in malls and strategic areas across the city and other provinces to support business growth and expansion
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and training to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, develop strategies for improvement, and implement effective sales initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory costs.
- Coordinate promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and drive sales, working closely with the marketing team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the retail team, providing constructive feedback and recognition to encourage high levels of performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team achievements, presenting findings to management and suggesting areas for improvement.
