Role Description:-
The People Engagement & Sustainability Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring people engagement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Daily activities include planning and executing internal engagement programs, supporting well-being and recognition initiatives, and collecting feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings. The specialist also develops and manages corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives, supports sustainability reporting, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align people and sustainability strategies with business goals. The role involves preparing presentations and reports for leadership, tracking key engagement and sustainability metrics, and recommending improvements based on data and best practices.
Qualifications:-
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), supporting or leading sustainability initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, KPI tracking, and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and prepare professional documentation.
- Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Professional proficiency in English and strong command of standard office and collaboration tools.
Pay: ﷼7,000.00 – ﷼10,000.00 per month
