Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. The ideal candidate has a passion for pastry arts, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked goods
- Decorate pastries and desserts according to company standards
- Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Operate and maintain pastry kitchen equipment safely
- Assist in controlling food cost, minimizing waste, and managing inventory
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef preferably in UAE
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
