Position: Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell IT & ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions to businesses, contractors, and system integrators. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, strong technical knowledge of IT and ELV systems, and a proven ability to develop client relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction, corporate offices, retail, healthcare, and hospitality.
Conduct outdoor sales visits, cold calls, and site meetings to generate leads and close deals.
Promote and sell IT and ELV solutions, including:
CCTV & Security Surveillance Systems
Access Control & Biometric Systems
Structured Cabling & Networking Solutions
Public Address & Audio-Visual Systems
Intercom & Home Automation Systems
Fire Alarm & Intrusion Detection Systems
Present and demonstrate products, solutions, and services to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide pre-sales consultation and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, and inquiries in a timely manner.
✅ Market Research & Sales Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Stay updated on latest IT & ELV technologies and industry developments.
✅ Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience in IT & ELV systems, security solutions, networking, or low-voltage systems.
✔ Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Good knowledge of IT & ELV solutions, networking, and security systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✔ Other Requirements:
Valid UAE driving license (for candidates in the UAE).
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business meetings.
