Al Safadi Hospitality is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our central kitchen and restaurant outlets.
If you have strong experience in commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, and multi-site maintenance in the F & B industry, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for food production and kitchen equipment
- Overseeing maintenance across central kitchen and restaurant branches
- Leading a team of maintenance technicians and external contractors
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety, and UAE regulatory standards
- Managing equipment servicing, spare parts, and vendor coordination
- Reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- 5–8 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing, central kitchens, restaurants, or hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
- Experience managing multi-site maintenance operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP, food safety standards, and facility safety regulations.
