Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operational activities, timely service delivery, and efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities between departments and site teams.
- Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with projects, maintenance, procurement, and stores for operational requirements.
- Track manpower allocation, material availability, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain operational records, documentation, and service reports.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Support the Operations Manager in planning, scheduling, and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination (UAE experience preferred).
- Experience in the Fire Protection, MEP, Facilities Management, or Construction industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operational management software is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
