Senior Cost Estimator Jobs in Dubai at Wize Guys Contracting and Decoration
· Review and analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out works.
· Identify material, labour, equipment, and subcontracting requirements for each project.
· Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
· Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and rate analyses.
· Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure consistency between estimates and actual project requirements.
· Evaluate value engineering options to reduce costs while maintaining project quality and performance.
· Prepare tender submissions, proposals, and budgets in line with company standards.
· Maintain and update a cost database of materials, labour rates, and subcontractor pricing.
· Conduct cost variance analysis and support post-tender negotiations.
· Assist in preparing project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control reports.
· Visit project sites when necessary to collect data or verify quantities and costs.
· Stay up to date with market trends, material costs, and construction techniques relevant to the fit-out industry.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
