Title:
Operations Controller
Purpose:
The job holder is responsible for ensuring oversight of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and frameworks documentation, payment reviews, processing requests, and overall support for the Operations department. Â Operations Control Responsibilities:
Perform regular site audits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety, security, quality, and all operational standards. Â Ensure implementation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Frameworks, Processes, and Guidelines. Â Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce any deficiencies. Â Ensure seamless asset management and inventory control. Â Monitor and analyze the efficiency of day-to-day operations across sites. Â Ensure that all operations are carried out in an appropriate and safe manner.
Participate in the development and execution of operational strategies that support overall business objectives. Â Generate monthly reports on operational performance KPIs and audit outcomes. Â Maintain a master observation log for all points and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised during site audits. Â Ensure alignment and follow-up to close all raised points.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Â Experience in
Quality Control
and
Quality Assurance
. Â Experience in ISO regulations. Â Experience in Data Centers or energy projects. Â 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
