We're looking for a Revenue Manager to join our growing Holiday Homes team in Abu Dhabi. Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 3–7+ years in Revenue Management.
- Minimum 2 years in Holiday Homes, Hotels, Serviced Apartments, or Vacation Rentals.
- Experience managing 50–300+ properties is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE holiday homes market is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop revenue strategies.
- Manage dynamic pricing.
- Forecast occupancy and demand.
- Analyze competitors.
- Maximize ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Revenue.
- Monitor booking pace.
- Optimize OTA performance.
- Manage distribution channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports.
- Recommend promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.
