Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Monitor and improve cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and shareholders.
Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial controls.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities.
Evaluate investment opportunities, business expansion plans, and strategic initiatives.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Support mergers, acquisitions, financing arrangements, and corporate restructuring activities when required.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board based on financial analysis and business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is highly preferred.
MBA or Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing multi-entity operations is preferred.
Excellent analytical, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
