Onboarding Specialist – Talent Acquisition Jobs in UAE at Black Pearl
Black Pearl is recruiting a UAE National Onboarding Specialist to join the Human Resources team of a well-established organization in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will support the recruitment and employee onboarding lifecycle, coordinating with candidates, hiring teams and internal HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth and well-organized experience from candidate selection through joining.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate the complete employee onboarding process from offer acceptance through joining.
• Liaise with selected candidates to collect required documents and complete pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, meetings and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment documentation and information required for internal hiring approvals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments to ensure timely completion of recruitment activities.
• Monitor candidate progress and proactively follow up on pending actions, approvals and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding and employee trackers.
• Prepare regular recruitment and onboarding reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure candidate and employee records are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Support the preparation of employment and joining-related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure new joiners are ready for their first day.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information at all times.
• Identify potential delays or issues within the recruitment and onboarding process and escalate them appropriately.
• Support the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with administrative and coordination activities as required.
• Contribute to improving the overall candidate and new-joiner experience.
• Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities are completed in line with internal policies and procedures.
