Construction Manager – Mechanical Jobs in Doha at Aalco Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities at site, ensuring adherence to project schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and address any delays or technical issues
- Oversee resource planning, material availability, and site logistics
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover processes
- Lead site teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum [10–15] years of experience in construction management
- Proven experience in infrastructure and pipeline projects
- UPDA/Driving License
- Prior experience in QE projects, QE Dukhan projects will be a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards and client proc
