Office Boy
We are urgently looking for an Office Boy cum Cleaner to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should have initiative to support daily operations in the office and to maintain the cleanliness in the premises.
Job Qualifications:
· High School Diploma with basic office skills
· Good communication and interaction ability
· Should be sincere, trustworthy, courteous, respectful and with initiative.
· Experience in administrative is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace (daily sweeping/ dusting/vacuuming/cleaning the paper waste bins)
- Serve/offer water, tea and drinks to the visitors and CEO.
- Clean Managing Director vehicles on a daily basis
- Ensuring office premise and workstations are tidy and neat at all times.
- Dealing with inquiries or needs from visitors and staff.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Answering and forwarding phone call and taking messages in the absence of the receptionist.
- Assisting office staff in photocopying, filing , distributing of couriers and memos.
- Monitoring the use of supplies (Stationeries/Pantry) and maintain stocks.
- Assist other management staff in doing their task.
- Assist other department as required
Education and Experience:
· High School or Equivalent
·At least two years experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, Office Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
