Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR & Admin Assistant role located in Dubai at Metalink International. The role involves tasks related to Human Resources, Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, Communication, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) skills
Executive Administrative Assistance and
Administrative Assistance skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applicationsBasic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Experience in HR and administrative tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role

Responsibilities

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and related documents
Update internal databases with new hire information
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Revise company policies
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Develop training and onboarding material
Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
