Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with 3–4+ years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BIM workflows, architectural modeling, and coordination, with the ability to handle projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit (LOD 200–400/500).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Structural) to ensure clash-free models.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM protocols, and local regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, documentation, and model deliverables.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field.
- 3–4+ years of experience as a BIM Architect.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Good understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
Preferred (Plus Point):
- Experience working on GCC projects.
