We’re Hiring | HR & Administration Manager
Five M Waste Collection Management is looking for an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. Manage employee relations and performance management. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. Oversee HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Manage administration, staff accommodation, uniforms, and office operations. Drive employee engagement, training, and organizational development.
Requirements:✅ Minimum 7 years of UAE HR experience.✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.✅ Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar workforces.✅ Background in waste management, logistics, transportation, construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors is highly preferred.✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
