About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary hospitality design projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.

This role requires exceptional leadership, technical coordination, communication, and project management skills, with experience in hospitality design consultancy being highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from concept through design, tender, construction, commissioning, and project close-out.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, operators, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor action items.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company standards, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, invoices, variations, and commercial performance.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, technical submissions, and design deliverables.
  • Review and coordinate layout drawings, equipment layouts, MEP coordination, BIM/Revit models, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Review subcontractor submissions, shop drawings, equipment schedules, and as-built documentation.
  • Oversee document control, technical records, project correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, witness testing & commissioning, and manage project close-out activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support business development by assisting with proposals, fee submissions, project planning, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of Project Management experience, preferably within hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, or institutional projects.
  • Strong understanding of design consultancy workflows, construction processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Technical Skills

The successful candidate must have working knowledge of:

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Autodesk Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • InDesign
  • Canva (for presentations and visual communication)

PMP Certification is considered an advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)Mandatory

  • Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED18,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
