Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Automotive Reception Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading automotive service centre group in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
If you have a strong background in automotive customer service operations, service reception, and team leadership within the UAE/GCC market, we would love to hear from you.
Manage daily reception and customer service operations
Lead and supervise reception and service advisor teams
Coordinate service bookings and vehicle delivery processes
Handle customer concerns and maintain high CSI scores
Liaise with workshop, parts, and warranty departments
Maintain CRM/DMS records and operational reporting
Promote value-added services and customer retention initiatives
