Job Summary
Petroraq Engineering Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Developer with strong expertise in Odoo development, implementation, customization, and configuration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing ERP solutions, developing custom modules, integrating business processes, and providing technical support across multiple Odoo applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement and configure Odoo ERP based on business requirements.
- Customize workflows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
- Gather business requirements and recommend ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Odoo applications.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Required Module Experience
Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing and customizing the following Odoo modules:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Payroll
- Recruitment
- Accounting & Finance
- Sales & CRM
- Procurement
- Inventory & Warehouse
- Project Management
- Documents & Approvals
Experience with Saudi HR and Payroll processes, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, ZATCA, and EOSB, will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Odoo development and implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo Community & Enterprise editions.
- Experience in ERP implementation for Construction, EPC, or Engineering companies is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
