Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fire Rated Door Division to lead end-to-end execution of fire-rated door projects from award to handover. The role ensures compliance with UL/BS/EN/SBC standards while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution from award to final handover.
- Develop execution plans and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, production, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Manage contracts, variations, payment milestones, and project documentation.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables including door schedules, hardware schedules, RFIs, and approvals (no design work).
- Oversee production activities including fabrication, coating, hardware installation, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor procurement of fire-rated cores, hardware, seals, glass, and related components.
- Manage site installation, inspections, mock-ups, and final completion activities.
- Ensure compliance with fire certification standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection requirements.
- Manage project budgets, claims, subcontractors, and profitability.
- Lead client meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure HSE compliance across all project activities.
- Coordinate project close-out including testing, snagging, O&M manuals, and handover.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- PMP Certification is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of experience in architectural metal works.
- Minimum 5 years in fire-rated door project management within GCC.
Technical Skills
- Fire-rated door standards: UL 10C, BS 476, EN 1634, NFPA 80, SBC
- Primavera P6 / MS Project
- ERP systems and project reporting tools
- QA/QC systems and construction coordination
