Building Edge Company is seeking an Executive Secretary to support company management and handle daily administrative operations.
Key Requirements:
· Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
· Professional email writing and communication skills.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Professional appearance and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Managing GM’s emails, calendars, and appointments.
· Preparing letters, reports, and presentations.
· Coordinating meetings and maintaining records.
· Following up on company tasks and deadlines.
· Handling administrative and office management duties.
· Communicating with clients and suppliers locally and internationally.
Work Arrangement:
· Full-time.
· Hybrid work is available for qualified candidates.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 per month
