Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell Lift/Elevator Maintenance Contracts, Garage Door Maintenance Contracts, Repair Services, Modernization Works, and Spare Parts. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and a valid UAE driving license. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while coordinating closely with the Maintenance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for lift/elevator and garage door maintenance contracts.
- Identify and approach property management companies, facility management companies, building owners, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repair works, modernization projects, replacement solutions, and spare parts sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding inspections, service requirements, and execution of awarded contracts.
- Submit regular sales reports, customer visit reports, quotation status reports, and sales forecasts to the Maintenance Head.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in collecting outstanding payments and ensure timely payment follow-up with customers.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
- Participate in tender submissions and contract negotiations when required.
- Support the Maintenance Head in identifying opportunities for additional services, modernization works, and contract renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Lift/Elevator Maintenance, Garage Door Systems, Facility Management, or related technical services.
- Strong understanding of lift maintenance contracts, garage door systems, repair services, and modernization projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with property management and facility management companies in the UAE.
- Experience in tender preparation and contract management.
- Technical knowledge of elevators, escalators, automatic doors, and garage door systems.
- Knowledge of the UAE maintenance and facility management market.

Note:
Candidates with UAE Driving License and excellent communication abilities, experience in Lift/Elevator Maintenance Sales, Garage Door Systems, Facility Management, or Technical Service Sales will be given preference.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per hour
