Job Summary
Doha Fashion is looking for a dedicated and reliable Merchandiser cum Driver to support our retail operations across Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising products at assigned outlets while ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise to assigned retail outlets safely and on schedule.
- Arrange, replenish, and maintain product displays in accordance with company merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse team.
- Ensure products are properly priced, organized, and displayed to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and merchandise movements.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with store personnel.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Carry out any additional merchandising or delivery-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Light Vehicle) – Mandatory
- Transferable Visa with NOC (Preferred/Required)
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or a similar field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Doha and surrounding areas.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Physically fit to load, unload, and arrange merchandise.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
