Libra Tech Services LLC provides comprehensive building maintenance and MEP services in Dubai, including plumbing, air conditioning, electrical maintenance, civil works, welding, and metal fabrication.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated MEP Engineer to join our team and lead our technical and maintenance operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise MEP maintenance and technical teams on-site.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor MEP maintenance works and projects.
- Manage plumbing, HVAC/AC, electrical, and related building maintenance activities.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues and required corrective actions.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare quotations, material requirements, work schedules, and technical reports when required.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed according to approved standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of maintenance works.
- Handle client communication and provide technical solutions to maintenance issues.
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance requirements and ensure timely response.
- Monitor material usage, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of maintenance reports.
- Support business development by identifying additional maintenance requirements and opportunities at client sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong experience in MEP building maintenance and facilities maintenance.
- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
- Good knowledge of HVAC/AC, plumbing, electrical, civil maintenance, and general MEP works.
- UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and maintenance activities.
- Good knowledge of UAE building maintenance practices, safety requirements, and relevant standards.
- Ability to prepare reports, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Candidates with experience managing technicians and subcontractors will be preferred.
