About the Role
Banks Finders is looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and experience in real estate telecalling, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound real estate enquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients via calls and WhatsApp.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Tele Sales/Telecalling experience.
- Real Estate telecalling experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Arabic and other additional languages are a plus.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Currently based in the UAE or available to join immediately.
