MEP Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at Al Masaood National General Contracting
Key Requirements are :
Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant engineering qualifications (bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical).
Experience and knowledge in BIM would be a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate MEP services with other stake holders Including architects, consultants & subcontractors to integrate MEP services into project design and execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP Installations to meet quality standards, specifications in line with local codes.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
Develop and implement workflows, procedures, and other safety measures to enhance project team efficiency.
Should act as a point of contact between the project teams, contractors, client, and consultant from the MEP perspective.
