We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Doha. As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences.
- Ensure quality control by measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing temperatures and adjusting equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders and making recommendations based on knowledge of our products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop including the service area, equipment and seating areas.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid biometric passport for employment in Qatar.
