Senior Architect Jobs in Dubai at CITIC
- minimum 12-15+ years of experience in architectural design and construction.
- Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience. Strong experience in luxury villas, mansions, and high-end residential developments.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and BIM. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations.
- Experience with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant authorities.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and detailing.
- Strong coordination skills with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead architectural design development and technical detailing.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
- Manage design changes and value engineering proposals.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural works meet design intent and quality standards Resolve technical and construction-related architectural issues.
- Review contractor and consultant submissions.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within schedule and budget.
- Oversee authority approvals and permit submissions.
- Support procurement in selecting architectural materials and finishes.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Pay: AED22,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
