Summary
We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join its aesthetic clinic in Jumeirah 3. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic, with excellent communication skills, strong front-desk management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and patient scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and patient inquiries
- Register new patients and maintain accurate medical records
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Process patient payments and prepare invoices and receipts
- Explain clinic services, promotions, and treatment packages to patients
- Assist with upselling aesthetic treatments and retail products where appropriate
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with clinic policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist in an Aesthetic Clinic is mandatory
- Excellent customer service and patient relationship management skills
- Experience using clinic management or appointment scheduling systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Immediate availability

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
