Key Responsibilities
- Lead all rebar-related business operations, including sales, procurement, inventory, and market development.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rebar sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, steel prices, and competitor activities.
- Manage procurement and sourcing of rebar products to ensure competitive pricing and availability.
- Oversee inventory planning and stock management.
- Negotiate major contracts, supply agreements, and commercial terms.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs.
