Maramer Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our Tendering & Bidding Department. If you have strong experience in mechanical quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pre-contract tendering for building and infrastructure projects, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate Mechanical Quantity Take-Offs (MTO) from tender drawings and specifications.
- Quantify HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
- Review drawings and BOQs to identify discrepancies, omissions, and quantity variations.
- Prepare RFQ packages and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and within tender deadlines.
