Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years in UAE construction projects (high-rise, Buildings ,villas, or infrastructure).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai/UAE building codes (e.g., DM regulations, Green Building standards).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multilingual communication (English required; Arabic advantageous).
