Mechanical Engineer, Facilities Management Experience for Dammam (Saudi Nationals Only) Jobs in الرياض at Crystal Facilities Management Limited
- Manage and supervise the operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and water supply systems.
- Review and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and technical audits of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Review contractor performance, maintenance reports, method statements, risk assessments, and technical submittals.
- Investigate mechanical failures, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and maintenance schedules, ensuring service quality and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local authority requirements, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE, NFPA, and other applicable mechanical standards.
- Prepare technical reports, condition assessments, asset lifecycle evaluations, and recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
- Support project handover, testing & commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and operational readiness to ensure all mechanical systems meet client and contractual requirements.
Pay: ﷼9,000.00 – ﷼11,000.00 per month
