We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our FMCG team, focusing on local hypermarkets in Sharjah, Dubai and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
The candidate must have experience in Lulu, nesto, Union coop and other Hypermarkets
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the FMCG sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
