We are looking for a Telesales Executive to manage and qualify leads, ensuring they are effectively nurtured and assigned to the right sales team members. This role is key to maximizing our sales potential and streamlining the conversion process.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound calls, qualify leads & assign them to the sales teamMaintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate lead detailsFollow up with prospects via calls, emails & other channelsCollaborate with marketing & sales teams for smooth lead managementProvide reports on lead status & conversion progress

What We’re Looking For2+ year experience in outbound tele-sales, lead coordination, or a similar roleCandidates with previous banking sales are preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle high lead volumes and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in using Salesforce CRM (or similar lead tracking tools)Highly motivated with a results-driven approachAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset
