Job Summary: The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are efficiently maintained, safe, and operational while managing staff, budgets, and preventive maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team’s work schedule to complete plant upgrades, planned preventive maintenance, and repairs
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Oversee MRO inventory control to balance availability and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot and maintain all equipment and facilities to optimize safety, cost, and productivity
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling processes
- Manage maintenance staff including training, assignment, and performance evaluation
- Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS
- Leadership and team management skills
