Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing overseas recruitment plans based on workforce requirements.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through international recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with job offers and employment negotiations.
- Follow up on pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, and document verification.
- Coordinate visa, immigration, and overseas hiring procedures with the relevant departments.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Prepare recruitment status reports and track vacancies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of external recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labor and immigration regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, reduce hiring time, and control recruitment costs.
- Resolve recruitment-related issues and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
