Ky Responsibilities
Cashier
· Greet customers and provide exceptional service during transactions.
· Process cash, credit/debit card payments, and handle change accurately.
· Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
· Ensure the register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Line Staff:
· Prepare and assemble food items according to menu specifications.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation and service areas.
· Assist in stocking and replenishing food supplies and ingredients.
· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
Kitchen Helper:
· Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and cooking.
· Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
· Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
· Support the kitchen team by performing tasks as directed, including dishwashing and general maintenance.
· Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Job Criteria
1-2 years’ experience in hospitality / food and beverage industry
· Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
· Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
· Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required.
· Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Basic math skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to stand for extended periods.
· Knowledge of health and safety standards and hospitality functions.
· Experience in following instructions.
