Kitchen Steward Jobs in Dubai at Al Bustan Centre and Residence
- Ensures cleanliness of all facilities and equipment in the Food & Beverage area.
- Maintains Hotel safety and hygiene standard in the operation.
- Controls and maintains on an ongoing basis, quality level of service i.e. Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Performs all other work assigned with related duties.
- Assists delivers of food to staff cafeteria on timely basis to cover all meal times as assigned.
- To be well verse of the operational procedures of machineries / equipment concerning the cleaning / washing / steaming.
- Knows how to clean equipment / fixtures in the kitchen, service area, food outlets and back area.
- Fully aware of chemical usage on different equipment and kitchenware.
- Uses only the correct cleaning materials in the correct manner and always using the correct safety equipment when using chemicals.
- To be aware of and adhere to the various laws relating to food handling, storage, preparation, cooking and service.
- Ensures that all energy is conserved i.e. unnecessary lights are switched off, unnecessary equipment is switched off and unnecessary running of hot and cold water is minimized.
Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
