Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Merchandiser – Fruits & Vegetables to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring attractive product displays, maintaining stock levels, monitoring product quality, and supporting sales growth across assigned retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
· Arrange and display fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards.
· Ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and replenished.
· Monitor product freshness and remove damaged or expired items.
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the produce section.
· Coordinate with store staff and supervisors regarding stock requirements.
· Track inventory levels and report shortages.
· Visit multiple retail locations as assigned.
Requirements
· Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory) with Own bike is preferred.
· Previous experience as a merchandiser, preferably in fruits, vegetables, FMCG, or retail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits.
· Basic English communication skills.
· Physically fit and able to handle merchandise and stock movement.
· Knowledge of fresh produce handling is an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
