Junior Sales Account Manager Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Ethosenergy Power Solutions, LLC

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, focusing on the repair of rotating equipment such as Pumps, Blowers and Centrifuges. Focusing on the machining capabilities within the Qatar Workshop and providing solutions to grow In Country Services for Centrifugal Compressors and Steam Turbines working with the regional OS Team. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and increase the volume of work from each account, leveraging Ethos Energy’s product offerings in Qatar and Abu Dhabi plus the wider Ethos Energy group.

Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will develop a sales strategy based on intimate knowledge of their region, driving execution against targeted sales plans, and managing all sales activities to deliver orders growth and new customer generation in the region.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Focus on sales for the Qatar Facility capabilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.

Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Prepare and develop sales presentations and support in the generation f proposals to send to clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Understand the customer’s buying process and decision-making timeline.

Facilitate close business relationships with clients’ and Ethos Energy senior personnel and management teams to align delivery requirements with client expectations.

Retain and grow existing revenue and identify, qualify, propose, and close new opportunities.

Provide regular feedback to the Product Line on product pricing, costing, delivery schedules, and quality to maintain product competitiveness.

Participate in and promote a culture of teamwork, customer focus, accountability, excellence, and high performance.

Maintain accurate sales and customer information and activities within Ethos Energy sales management systems.

Required Skills / Knowledge

Experience with machining and related services.

Knowledge of the Qatar market and client base.

Strong networking skills externally and internally.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Business and commercial acumen.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role within rotating equipment and machine shop activities

Strong knowledge of Pumps, Compressors, Blowers and other such equipment a plus.

Education

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Full and Clean Driving License either Qatar or Convertible to Qatar License

Physical Requirements

Able to travel extensively
