Position: Senior Sales Agent – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Advise clients on suitable real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers, payment plans, and contracts to successfully close transactions.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience, preferably in the Dubai market.
- Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary property sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
