We are looking for a Junior Pattern Maker to join our production team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to develop their technical skills in pattern making and garment construction within a professional studio environment.
This role will focus on supporting the production process, learning hands-on, and gradually building expertise in pattern development and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in creating basic patterns and manual sizing under supervision.
* Support the development of production-ready patterns based on design inputs.
* Assist during fittings and alterations processes.
* Support quality control checks to ensure garments meet basic standards.
* Help with fabric selection and sourcing coordination when required.
* Work closely with the design and production team to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* English communication skills (required).
* Previous internship or workshop experience is a plus.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
