Job Title: Transport & Fleet Maintenance Incharge Jobs in Abu Dhabi at GREEN WAY GENERAL TRANSPORTING – SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C.
Role Overview
- Manage fleet operations, maintenance, and transport planning across UAE
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections
- Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and renewals with authorities (e.g., RTA / ADNOC Vehicle Inspection Centers where applicable)
- Manage route planning, dispatching, and delivery schedules
- Monitor fleet using GPS tracking systems and optimize routes
- Supervise drivers, duty allocation, and trip scheduling
- Ensure compliance with UAE road safety and labor regulations
- Maintain transport records, fuel logs, Salik/toll tracking, and reports
- Coordinate with 3PL vendors and logistics partners
- Oversee shipping & receiving and proper documentation
- Handle fleet-related emergencies, breakdowns, and incident reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in fleet/transport management (UAE experience preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE traffic rules, Salik system, and vehicle compliance
- Experience with ERP/TMS systems (Oracle, SyteLine, or similar)
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and route optimization tools
- Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage drivers and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and reporting skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
