Scanning Engineer / Site Engineer
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Full-time / Project-based
Role Overview
We are looking for a practical, site-based engineer to carry out concrete scanning and support site engineering activities as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out concrete scanning on site (GPR)
- Identify rebar, PT cables, services, and voids
- Mark scan results clearly for site teams
- Assist with site engineering duties when required
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams
- Prepare basic scan reports
Requirements
- Background in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in concrete scanning or construction site work
- Ability to read drawings
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication skills (English)
Preferred (not essential)
- Experience with GPR equipment (Hilti / Proceq)
- Qatar or GCC experience
- Driving license
