We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Pastry Chef / Pastry Assistant to join our growing team and help bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily preparation and production of pastries, desserts, viennoiserie, and baked goods.
- Accurately measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
- Support baking, assembling, decorating, and finishing products for daily service.
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail in product presentation.
- Operate pastry and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all UAE food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain quality and production schedules.
