We’re Hiring: IT Support / Web Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users (hardware, software, printers, email, and network issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and business applications.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications.
- Design responsive and user-friendly web pages.
- Manage website hosting, domain configurations, SSL certificates, and email services.
- Maintain databases and perform regular backups.
- Ensure website security, updates, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with departments to understand technical requirements and provide effective IT solutions.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, systems, and support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT Support and/or Web Development.
- Must be willing to work in Ajman, UAE.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- PHP and MySQL
- WordPress development and customization
- Laravel (preferred)
- Bootstrap
- REST APIs and API integration
- Git / Version Control
- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN Networking
- Firewall, Router, and Wi-Fi configuration
- Hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Website hosting, cPanel/Plesk, and domain management
- Basic cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection
Preferred Certifications (Advantage)
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified (Microsoft 365, Azure, or Windows Administration)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Google IT Support Professional Certificate
- ITIL Foundation
- Any Web Development or Cybersecurity certification is an advantage.
