We are looking for a skilled and proactive Insurance Coordinator (Motor Claims) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete motor insurance claim processes from start to finish
- Prepare and submit repair quotations to insurance companies
- Inspect vehicles and coordinate with workshop team for accurate assessments
- Follow up with insurance companies for approvals and claim status
- Manage claim payments and coordinate with accounts team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and surveyors
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of all insurance-related work
Requirements:
- Previous experience in motor insurance / auto repair insurance coordination
- Good knowledge of claim procedures and documentation
- Ability to inspect vehicles and understand repair scope
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good relationships with insurance companies is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines
