We are looking for a talented 3D Designer & Architectural Visualizer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation drawings for pergolas, glass rooms, landscaping, and outdoor living projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders.
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings for sales and client approvals.
- Produce material, lighting, and color options.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
- Revise designs based on client feedback.
- Maintain organized project files and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization or interior/exterior design.
- Proficiency in:
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max or Blender
- V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Experience in pergolas, glass rooms, aluminum structures, landscaping, or outdoor design is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to produce fast concept renders.
- Knowledge of materials, lighting, and realistic texturing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
