1) Prefered Candidates from Garments Indusrty.
Collaborating with suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships.
2) Create and maintain accurate records of purchase Order, pricing, and supplier information.
3) Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
4) Manage the import process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
5) Review & record shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.
6) Handling Tally software for data management. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into tally databases.
7) Responsible for stock control and inventory management.
8) Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
9) Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
10) Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
